Meditation:

Guided Meditation 30min  (currently suspended)
Begin or end your day centered in loving kindness. This guided meditation will first focus you in heart center and then spiral you through main energy centers providing focus and balance for the coming day.

Yoga Nidra – periodically 60min
Called the yogic sleep state – the state between sleep and wakefulness. You are guided into a deep state of relaxation allowing you to enter the meditative Nidra state. You are held in this state through intermittent periods of silence and guided imagery. Let Yoga Nidra cleanse your Mind and Soul.

Asana [posture/movement]:

Gentle Yoga
Great for beginners and a nice respite for the more practiced individual. This class allows more time to explore basic poses while also incorporating breath work and meditation.

Intermediate Vinyasa
A briskly moving flow of yoga postures designed for a full-body workout. Includes Sun salutations A&B moving into a flow of standing postures for strength and balance then moving to the mat for hip, back and core focus. Great for the more seasoned yogis or beginners wanting to move to the next level in their practice.

Slow Vinyasa
A slower version of the Intermediate Vinyasa class. Postures are held for slightly longer periods and more time is taken in transitioning between poses.

Restorative – periodically
Props are used to support the body enabling you to hold poses longer (10-20 min), allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch. It’s a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open and refreshed.

Yoga Bootcamp (Saturday mornings)
Get your cardio done while practicing yoga. Class begins with a warm-up followed by 30min of rotating through stations of fast-paced yoga sequences (45 sec each station, 15 sec to transition). Class continues with a series of integration sequences and ends with shavasana.

Private Sessions:
