Log into My Account

 

If you had active credits in the old system, you were transferred to Studio Bookings. On the login page,  enter the email from the previous system as your Username then click on “Forgot Password”.  An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

If you were not transferred or are new, click on the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the page.

Navigating your account:

Classes Tab:

Once logged in, you will be brought to the class schedule page. Click on “Sign Up” to register. You must have class credits in your account to register.  You are able to register for as many classes as you have credits. The “Book Class” will change to “Booked”.

 

 

STORE Tab:

The Store tab allows for the purchase of packages. Scroll to the desired selection and click BUY for the payment page and proceed as directed.

 

 

 

 

MY SCHEDULE tab:

This tab will show the classes for which you are enrolled as well as the ability to cancel a class. Please note that this system will deduct a credit if the cancellation occurs within 1hr of class time. I can return your credit if you email me to let me know. If you are a “no show” (register and do not cancel), your credit will not be returned.

 

 

FACE Icon:

Clicking on the profile icon will yield a drop-down menu. “My Profile” will allow you to change your sign-in, password and personal info. Other tabs available here will allow you to update billing information, email preferences, view your receipts and the waiver of liability.

“My Balance” will return you to the “My Schedule” screen.

“Logout” will close your session.
