Online Classes – Info & Waiver

Pre-recorded Classes Are Here!

Please read the Waiver and Release of Liability below before registering for the classes.

Most of the classes assume some familiarity with Yoga postures. Introductory and Technique classes are planned for the future.

The creation of each online class takes 3-4 hours of active time: taping, voice over, music addition and editing. Non-active time is the 6-7 hours for saving and uploading the finished product. Therefore, there will be a limited number of classes offered per week.

I have opted to not record in-class or hold live sessions for several reasons: honoring the privacy of those that come to the studio, not having to require in-studio participants to sign a photo release and ensuring that no one’s data is compromised via the myriad of reported security breaches from online platforms.

The music clips used in the videos are Royalty Free. The credits appear at the end of the video enabling anyone to expand their music collection with other offerings from the artist.

I wish to keep the classes fresh, as if all were here in the studio. I hope you enjoy them and they serve you well.
